About the Event
Founded by Dave Hartnett and his wife—Seacoast natives who've long wintered in Key West—the festival reflects a dual devotion to two shores that captured their hearts. Through their connections with local musicians and support from nine restaurants, generous sponsors, and the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce, they’re turning Hampton Beach into a musical island getaway.
The schedule kicks off on Wednesday, August 20, with an opening jam featuring all twelve performers on the iconic Seashell Stage. From August 21–23, the artists will play across local venues—including The Goat, Boardwalk, Sea Ketch, McGuirk’s Ocean View, JB’s on the Boardwalk, Point Break, Wally’s—blending island rhythms with beachfront charm.
Why Hampton Beach Is an Incredible Venue
Hampton Beach is more than sand and surf—it’s a community hub, a summer-long stage offering nightly entertainment and a family-friendly atmosphere. Its famous Seashell Stage has hosted generations of acts and fun-filled evenings, drawing locals and visitors alike into spontaneous dance, laughter, and sea-breeze serenades. Pair that with beachfront restaurants, boardwalk energy, and the sea air—and you’ve got a perfect place to give Key West music a New England spotlight.
