Ted was Great!!! he is a excellent communicator. Being far away from your second house is difficult enough but during a hurricane can be very stressful. During hurricane Ian, Ted was on the phone with me and gave me updates all the time. After the storm he went to check on our house. We will keep using his services and I highly recommend him.

Ted not only helped me sell my house but buy one too! Each year we like to freshen up our home and try to have the project completed while we are in Key West. We purchased our new home in Key West in January. Ted was our broker for the purchase and was amazing! He not only facilitated the purchase from afar but also handled getting all of the appropriate accounts transferred and in our name as well. Ted even met the Comcast technician to get that up and running. Without Ted, we would have had to fly back and forth just to get all of this done.
