We purchased our new home in Key West in January. Ted was our broker for the purchase and was amazing! He not only facilitated the purchase from afar but also handled getting all of the appropriate accounts transferred and in our name as well. Ted even met the Comcast technician to get that up and running. Without Ted, we would have had to fly back and forth just to get all of this done. His local knowledge is invaluable and he connected us with a landscaper, cleaning company, insurance broker, etc. He thought of everything!
